ffective study planning is important for academic success, yet students who manage multiple subjects, assignments, and examinations often find it difficult to monitor their progress consistently using manual methods. This paper presents the Smart Learning Planner, a web-based system that provides a centralized platform for academic activities. The system supports structured learning plans, task management, examination preparation using priority calculations, progress tracking, and analytics. It is developed using React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS for the frontend, Flask for the backend, and SQLite with SQLAlchemy for data storage, with the modules communicating through a REST API. The system helps students compare estimated and actual study time and review their learning progress in one place.
