Abstract
Reinforced Concrete Moment Resisting Frames (RCMRF) Are Structural Systems That Should Be Designed To Ensure Proper Energy Dissipation Capacity When Subjected To Seismic Loading. In This Design Philosophy The Capacity Design Approach That Is Currently Use
