Planning Includes All Of The Actions You Take To Ensure The Success Of Your Project. Cost And Scheduling Details Are The Primary Determinants Of Any Project's Success Or Completion.The Purpose Of This Study Is To Use Primavera Software To Explain The Planning And Scheduling Of A G+6commercial Mall In Jabalpur, (MP). The Process Of Scheduling Necessitates The Use And Management Of A Lot Of Data. One Of The Most Important Components In Creating And Managing A Project's Schedule Is A Project Coding System, Like A Work Breakdown Structure.
