By Replacing Traditional, Paper-based Record-keeping With A Centralized Digital Repository, The Architecture Eliminates Data Redundancy And Minimizes Human Administrative Errors. To Address The Critical Requirement For Patient Privacy And Data Security, The Platform Integrates Blockchain Technology.
