This Research Aims To Support The Company's Efforts In Enhancing Overall Dealer Satisfaction By Identifying Areas For Strategic Improvement. Dealer Satisfaction Plays A Crucial Role In The Success Of An IT Company, Particularly In Today’s Dynamic And Highly Competitive Business Environment. The Findings From This Study Are Expected To Guide The Company In Optimizing Its Operations, With A Focus On Better Serving Its Dealer Network And Understanding Their Specific Needs And Expectations. As The IT Sector Continues To Grow Alongside Other Emerging Industries, Businesses Are Facing Increasing Distribution Challenges. Dealers Are At The Frontline Of These Challenges, Often Struggling With Supply Chain Inefficiencies, Lack Of Timely Support, And Inadequate Communication. This Study Will Provide Valuable Insights Into The Level Of Satisfaction Dealers Have With The Company’s Products And Services.
